Jon, Jennifer, and Tim are GREAT! We have had several opportunities over the past 10 years both doing appraisals for us and our clients. I highly recommend them for any needing an honest and knowledgeable appraisal of their home or a home.
Absolutely the worst appraisal company I have ever worked with. They saw a number on a contract and based the appraisal on that number instead of actually assessing the value of a property. This was a completely lazy job. I paid for an second appraisal by the banks choice of company, and the second appraisal was $40,000 more than what Jon assessed the property as.
