Took my car to have a leak checked. Thought it was probably antifreeze. $515.00 later they replaced the entire radiator. One day home, and it's still leaking. Took it back and their reasoning was, "we sometimes get bad parts". My question is, if it's still leaking, maybe I just needed a hose or a gasket or fitting replaced, not the entire radiator. won’t go into all the details, but I’ve been without my car for almost a month now, after taking it in for a fairly routine ac repair. They broke my radiator in the process, which they admitted and replaced, but left a trans cooler line loose so the day after I picked it up it had to be towed back in and now they are replacing the transmission. I am still without my car, which is my only source of income, and they are in no hurry whatsoever. Incredibly disappointed.
