The last 2 Monday nights I have been here for several hours to hear the live music the service and the food was horrible I don't know what has happen here but it is absolutely horrible service and food it use to not be like that!!!
The guacamole was not appealing in look or taste. They were slow to serve and acknowledge that we were there. I may go again but during a different time frame then maybe the service will be better.
We have happily been customers for years but now almost every take out order we do is wrong. We pay for extra tortillas but don't get them, we order chicken and get beef...today was the last straw. We did not get the extra tortillas we paid for and instead of Chili Colorado (which costs more) and a chicken chimichanga, we got two chimichangas. Time to find a new restaurant
The food was good but our waiter didnt pay much attention to us. He was too busy flirting with the other table (2 girls). He even pulled a chair up to their table to hang out.
Love Don Ponchos but you guys missed the mark today! Purchased $129 worth of queso, salsa, and chips. Both the queso and salsa were in pans stacked and were so heavy that they all collapsed on top of each other. There's cheese all over the carpet in the back of my car. I was on a tight timeline and called in my order at 12:30p to be picked up at 2p. When I arrived at 2 o'clock the order was still not ready and by the time I left the restaurant it was 2:30. Like I said... I love you guys but you can do better than this!
