First time Ive been to Don Pancho’s in a while. The food was fair but the service was terrible. I was surprised and will not be back .

RecommendedI went there for the first time and was seated quickly. Right after I was seated I was greeted by Francisco who is extremely pleasant. I asked for recommendation on drinks and tacos and at his advice I had the Horchata and the Tacos Tijuana. He was dead on as both were extremely delicious. Francisco’s customer service is way and beyond and makes you want to come back!!
Waitress was awful. Food was old. When we said something to management just made excuses.
See previous comment. Poor food, presentation, attitude of the owner and work environment for staff given my experience on August 31, 2018.
Always a great experience at Don Pancho! Panchito goes out of his way every time to provide a great time, meal, and margarita!
