bought a 2016 hundua santa fe sport with 143000 miles 29 days later the motor blew up didnt even put 100miles on the car begire it blew and they wont even acknowledgeb us let alone help us the sales guy just laft about it and gave me a hundua dealer number. i should have took the advice from the guy driving buy screaming our sales guy RICHARD was scamee and very unprofesinal. just made the first payment and no vehickle to drive.
They sale cars up to $30 thousand dollars with bad transmission. Don't buy used car with them.

Absolutely Terrible. The team at Don Moore is nothing short of incompetent. More specifically, their sales person Taylor just sucks at her job and shouldn’t even be operating the ice cream machine at a McDonald’s. Very very shady business with the entire staff. Stay away from Don Moore. Never do a custom order through them. They’ll add $6,000 worth of upgrades that you specifically passed on and say to you “I told you that Toyota can add things” and on top of that, not tell you about it until it’s delivered to their lot 3 mo... read more
This dealership was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership and I would never give them my business again nor ever recommend them. They are shady, unprofessional, and dishonest. They took over a week to get a used vehicle, did not communicate, and was so rude to my wife and I, not to mention dishonest about our transaction.
