Poor service. Made an appointment at 9 am, vehicle was never even looked at. Sat all day. Picked up vehicle at 7 pm. Not repaired. No callback. I will go somewhere else.

Love this dealership - especially it’s Service Department. I’ve visited them roughly 6 times in the last year for oil changes and any mileage-timed repairs. They have always been honest, corrected any issues with my car, very cost-effective, and timely with repairs (even when I don’t set an appointment, sorry guys). Nick has been the advisor for all my visits at Don Mealey and he is AMAZING. He is honest, genuine, and represents the dealership extremely well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!!
Go see Joe! He is fantastic. He spent 6 hours with my fiancé and I yesterday helping us pick the right vehicle for the right deal that didn’t put us in the negative with our budgeting.
