Our sales rep Christian was fantastic. We walked in knowing we had to bring our car back when the lease was up and not sure if we were able to walk away with another car because of our credit. Christian was able to help us out and got us into a newer model of the car we just brought back. We were here for a few hours but ended up being worth it in the end. He made our day.
Horrible!! We came in looking at a used suburban the dealership had just received in on trade on Saturday Sept 2. They wanted to sell it to us AS IS with no inspection or cleaning or anything for $47,200 as they just received it an hour or so before. They would not budge on price. The sales guy then says they wouldnt come down on price because they were going to put it on the lot the next day for $50k so they were giving us a special deal. Richard McKinley our sales person was excellent. We told him what we wanted to see and he had the car a the door in minutes. Once we decided to buy he made sure we received every possible discount and incentive available. He was knowledgable and answered all our questions. The finance department was great as well and it was the latest easiest experience I have ever had buying a car.
