I took my traverse into the service department on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend for some engine issues. There were at least 10 other cars there and I pulled up with 3 other people. Danielle was awesome and still had me in and out in about 3 minutes. I was worried they wouldn't make it to my car and I wouldn't hear anything till Tuesday, but they got it in and saw it was an easy fix and took care of it right away. They kept me updated the whole time and made a stressful situation easy. Thank you so much!
This was my first car purchase, I gave them a quote on what I wanted to pay and they came back with a price that was right in my spending field. Rick, Sandra, the whole team there were very nice. The whole process was a lot less scary than I previously had imagined. They made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I was positive in what I wanted. There were no gimmicks everything was straight up no run around! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This will be a first for me but I think I must comment on the professionalism and courtesy extended to me and my family from Don Mealey Chevrolet while on vacation. Being 1200 miles away from home on family vacation and having car problems is usually an "uho" moment. Finance guy comes out and shows us an "invoice" that's $3K higher than edmunds and true car show. Then tells me "was it the same Vin number?" Really? This is how their "sales" go here. On the lot for 90 min to be insulted and talked to like a child. Look elsewhere for professional negotiations.
