Definitely a 5 star dealer highly recommended and will be doing business with them in the Future. I must say they have an excellent team/staff making it happen.
The experience wasn't horrible, but it took over 8 hours to purchase my vehicle. 3 hours was after we selected the car were waiting for finance. Than another hour/2 hours for the car to be detailed. Rick was nice enough to get us food, however there was a lack of communication on the time and we were left alone to wait and never really checked on. If I hadn't already signed my paperwork, I would have walked away.
I recently bought a Chevy Silverado Z71 blacked out midnight edition pick up truck from Scott Springer. First off the man is very personable and very honest. You never feel like you're talking to a greasy salesman. I told him my budget, the features I wanted and he got it done. I went in to see how long and how much it would be to replace just a headlight bulb on an 2013 Impala. They told me there would be quite a wait and at a minimum $75 because the entire bumper woukd have to be removed. This was told to me be the receptionist and a "mechanic" who came out from the back. The fact the receptionist said this without actually knowing the car model bothered me. Riley Watson was our salesperson and did his absolute best, along with one of the managers "Ted" and didn't allow us to walk away until we were satisfied with the deal. Not once did I feel the typical "pushy" salemansship we've all come to abhor from car dealerships. Riley was knowledgable of the vehicles specs which was also nice. I constantly find myself knowing more about a prospective vehicle than the salesperson and that usually annoying. Great Job Riley! Loving the Cadillac
