I've enjoyed Don Jose's for years! Great staff and excellent food, especially when their chilli reanos:)
I ordered the Naked Burrito from the healthy menu. It was AMAZING! With chicken, quinoa, pico, and guac. The service and food was top notch! Best Mexican in Anchorage!
Excelent place, of course I use to work there, grettings to Nancy , Enrique, Bar man and my boss Gabriel !!!
We were the first customers in when they opened, so we got great service. The food was good. The prices seemed typical for a restaurant. Got in and out fast, but we were the only ones there.
Friday nite live music with Kelly is fun this women can sing like nobody business. Check her Friday nite @ 6pm
Our server was Nancy. Pleasant personality but gave us below average attention. She didn't ignore us but she could of stopped by our table a little more than she did. She had forgotten to place our appetizer of nachos altogether and had brought our entrees out. Speed of service wasn't slow but it was below average. Since she skipped our appetizer you would expect it to be around 20 minutes. It actually took closer to 45 minutes. For three people the ticket came to $77.
