Big shout out to my friends at Henefer Jewelers. Always a great experience. I have purchased many beautiful pieces as well as had them assist caring for my existing jewelry. I am super pleased with the quality of the jewelry and the knowledge of their personnel. In the age of the big box stores and online retailers, it is refreshing to experience the customer service and expertise found in this established small business.

I was looking for a new jeweler and found a real gem. I had to have a ring repaired and a stone replaced and a sapphire earring was missing a stone and the entire basket. Mr Henefer repaired both these items on two separate visits. Upon the repair of the ring I was given a $10.00 discount card which I used when I had the earring repaired. How nice that was. Today was my second visit to this jewelry store. I love dealing with these people. They are courteous, concerned and if they cannot do something for you they have connections that can. I would highly recommend trying this quaint little jewelry store for sales, repairs and just plain 'ole information. I have taken some pretty expensive watches to them and they have replaced my batteries and have even sent them out to a watchmaker to ensure the repair of the items were done by professional people in the field.
