Run, don't walk to **** or *********************** (Columbia IL). Seriously, save yourself. I went here because I was involved in a traumatic accident & it was the closest one to my home. My family and I where out of town in St. Louis on vacation and used Don Brown Chevrolet for a repair on our SUV. the fuel pump had gone out of our vehicle, and I was quoted $1.421 for the repair. I trusted this business to be fair with the estimate as I had nothing to compare it with. After we returned home I contacted my local Chevy dealer for an estimate on the repair. Additionally, we have asked you to provide us with a written estimate from your home town dealer and we would be happy to do a price comparison and compare part numbers. The worst experience ever find another place to get your car fixed They will rob you and called the police on you. For asking for your money back. I took my Cadillac ATS in for cooling problem I needed a rental to get back home they gave me a rental for 2 days and My car was done in one day so Dennis called me and stated I can leave my car up there until the next day but it was fix so why will I leave my car. so I goes up there ready to pay for my car and Dennis wasn't there he was on lunch so another guy I talked to with a ... read more

Customer had bill she was trying not to pay she became violent cursed and threatened the staff wanted to leave with the rental vehicle and her vehicle which she had in service we have to have a vehicle in service per GM guidelines in order to rent a vehicle. Police had to be called to keep the peace because customer was so combative it was affecting our staff and customers .

I have never been in a position to have to leave a bad review. 100% of the time I would let it blow over and I would just move on. However, this time I refuse to do that. I went in to get my oil changed a week ago (Tuesday) at this location. Within 3 days(Friday) my car began having issues, such as hearing a “knocking” noise and my vehicle would shake here and there. They have cause me a lots of heartache and pain i ask them nicely to not do this to me and they did it anyway i went in there this Tuesday on the 12-10-19 and the pour water on to my seat and wet my seat to say why my airbag said it needed service i didnt know i had a censor under my seat until Jere came in and told Calvin and Pam ***** the manager that why my seat was wet when they knew when i came in, my seat was dry i call Pam and told her they wet my seat she claim they had camera, when they send me inside. I have attached the service history of the most recent visits along with a video of her pulling in the service drive and the report showing code of B0074 which showed Passenger presence Sensor erractic ( wet seat) we were all in the service office together when this code was presented it shows me walking out to drive to check her seat which was sopping wet she had a water bottle that had dumped in her seat . I think they are very unprofessional u take your car in for one problem and come out with another they never want to take responsibility for there wrong doings they quote u for things u already had done on your car and charge u for services u already had done.

Miss ********** has been a long term customer and we value her so much that we heard her concerns when she came to us in October 25, 2019 we looked at car at no cost to her because on her visit the week before she complained of a noise and felt we did not listen. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was at the dealership for over 2 hours. My car had never been touched. I decided to leave the dealership because I had already waited long enough. I think it’s ridiculous to have an appointment and still have to wait a long time. I will have my car serviced at another dealership in the future.
