I stopped in without an appointment because of a low tire pressure message and my windshield spray was not working. Ali not only got all fixed and also noticed my license stickers had expired and fixed that as well!! Ali gave me what i consider royal treatment!
I have a pre-owned Volvo X60. Not only do I love my Volvo and the excellent warranty coverage but I love the service at Don Beyer. A small repair this time but they washed the car inside and out!

Got a flat tire on the way to work. Pulled into the service lane without an appointment obviously. My adviser Ted took my keys right away and even though the shop was very busy he got my tire repaired and had me on my way in a short time. Oh and he had my XC70 washed while I was waiting!
My 2007'XC 90 was in bad shape, losing oil quickly but not on the ground, inside the engine. I live near Gainesville and had to have it towed up there. We were concerned that it would not be cost effective to fix. Ted is my advisor and Allan was the technician. Ted explained all that needed to be done and I asked about replacing the spark plugs which I'm not sure have ever been replaced.
