Tracy is a rock star in customer service. We had electrical issues in our 2008 Volvo VC70 last year with wiring that they had repaired (windows, mirrors, door locks not working). These resurfaced a couple months ago and they repaired it again at no charge. They gave me a loaner vehicle and the service was prompt, courteous and with a smile. I could get an oil change at a local service station, but prefer to drive into Don Beyer to have this done as I know that they will be thorough.
I worked with the team at Don Beyer Volvo Dulles from 400 miles away on a specific pre-owned car they had. They were extra accommodating! When I made my six hour drive to pick up my new car, it was exactly how they had described it to me. Both Tony and Kevin were excellent. I left them my trade in and drove home completely satisfied! Thank you for a perfect experience!
I've had Tracy Smith as my service manager/advisor for over 10 years on two different vehicles. He's the best, I trust him, and I recommend asking for him when you bring your vehicle in for service.
I have been dealing with Don Beyer off and on for over twenty years. They have always treated me fairly and made me feel like a valued customer.
Terrible customer service. I was the first to speak to the sales manager about a used Audi that was on the lot. Was told I was first to speak with anyone about the car and would be the first to see photos. Sent in my ID to put down a deposit and never heard back from finance or my sales representative. I had to call myself to find out somehow it had sold to someone else. I cannot get the Sales manager to have the decency to call me back for some sort of an explanation.
I am a long time Volvo owner. I've purchased 5 cars from Don Beyer. However, they have all been serviced by a mechanic outside of the dealership. I was blessed with a great honest mechanic for years before he sold out. I FINALLY gave the service department at Don Beyer Dulles a try.
