I found the truck i was looking for online, called and talked to Johnathan, he sent a ton of pictures and videos to see what I was wanting to purchase. He was super helpful and informative. Not 8 hours later after signing the paperwork he says it's on the truck being shipped 800 miles to me in oklahoma. He made it quick and easy.
To who ever reads this beware of this company they do not have good customer service I called them this morning to inquire about a few trucks because I’m in the market and the sales man I got had a bad attitude and didn’t want to answer questions about the trucks and his cell phone started ringing and instead of answering my questions he hung up on me so I guess the cell phone call was more important than making a sale I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to any one and I will not be doing but with them
Bought a dump truck from them and had them inspect it shipped it direct to the mechanic shop and was told that it needs 20k in repairs, they lied about the inspection and falsified the forms would never buy from them again and I’m still waiting on the title
I bought a mini excavator from these guys a few weeks back, this being the second piece of equipment I have purchased from them. The first truck I bought from them ended up being a lemon. I bought it site unseen, so that’s my fault I suppose. This Excavator was being sold as a complete unit, and the salesman told me I just needed to clean the carburetor (small gas powered machine) The machine shows up with the ignition switch robbed off the dash, the throttle cable was taken off the machine and the choke cable was broken in ... read more
