I dealt with Jimmy Cochran. I am eight hundred miles from there. I talked to Jimmy multiple times on the phone, went down to look at the truck and told Jimmy what I wanted done to the truck to make a deal that we were both happy with. I came home and Jimmy put his guys to work. Jimmy kept me posted on where they were with the truck repairs as they were doing them. I went back down to pick the truck up and everything Jimmy said he was going to do was done. I will deal with him again knowing he’s timely and his word is good.
I had a great experience at Baskin thanks to Kenny, Jamie, and Brad. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. They made the process quick, easy, and stress-free while providing excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard as a team.
