I LOVE Domu Hair Salon. I have gone to two stylist and have been amazed by their attention to detail, creativity, and care. Last week, I went to Roy nervous to chop numerous inches off and get bangs for the first time. Holy smokes! I can’t stop looking at my hair. He did an absolutely perfect job and somehow made me look exactly how I hoped. That’s a hard thing to do! Thanks for your diligence to the people who entrust you with their hair.
I can’t believe how they can butcher someone’s hair for $135 and REFUSE to fix it unless paying the whole refund!!! You can clearly tell how butchered this hair is! One side is way longer than the other. The color wasn’t what she wanted and even if it was supposed to be red half of it is faded to orange and chunks were completely missed. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Michael did an amazing job on my hair. He listened to my ideas and gave me great advice. The customer service was top notch! He is my hair stylist !
