I am very unhappy with my order at Domino's pizza last night. I placed my order online at 730pm 01/12/19 and it took 2 hours for my pizza to get here, it showed up at 930pm. Its was one thing to be late but the pizza was disgustingly cold and disappointing. I placed a $ 30 order and gave a $5 tip at least the pizza could have been edible. the manager was completely unprofessional then had the nerve to call me a liar about my order then said she would credit my account which she never did before hanging up on me. never again will I order from such a place !
Ordered a pizza at 10:30 PM. Within an hour it was out for delivery but didn’t get to my house until 1:30a. It was out for delivery for 2 hours! So of course when it got here it was room temperature. 3 hours for a pizza! We called after an hour an a half then two hours and two an a half hours, each time “they should be there in a few minutes.
DO NOT EAT THEIR “FOOD” 3 times now I have ordered dominos hoping for better results. Tonight, my boyfriend threw up after eating 2 slices & same with my friend . Another friend had also gotten sick, just in a different way. 3 times now I have gotten sick from their food. Calling the health department tomorrow.
they expected their employee to die instead of protecting himself
They fired a delivery driver for shooting the guy that was robbing him.
