To bad I tried to give NO stars on 12/28/2020; every time I order from this store Rochester , PA on Madison Street there has been issues or very late deliveries I am 1.7 miles I believe from the store. Staff are very unprofessional the food is normally good. Or prepared as ordered. However between the staff at the store including shift Management this evening Customers Service was Worse than ever. We place a order online and an hour later when it had not arrived we called and was told driver was 10 minutes away after 20 minutes more we called again and we were hung up on. We then called again and spoke to a guy saying he was the manager was told driver had dropped our order and never called to say that he did so They remade it we had to pick it up got home and order was wrong called again and then had to pick it up and they did not want to refund the tip but finally said it would be put back on the card used to pay fo... read more
there food was cold i live 5 min from there store and still got cold food
RecommendedAlways order dominos for dinner sometimes it’s late but it’s always great food. For got my dipping cups but the driver showed remorse and he quickly brings it back. 4 out of 5 stars.
Ordered online... waited for 20 min just to find out they gave both our orders to someone else. So after the staff freaking out, swearing at each other, bout to explode, they remade our orders. No compensation , not coupons, not credit for next time. Yeah. Current manager has certainly dropped the pizza ball. Thank goodness for PIZZA HUT
Ordered pizzas an such for my work crew, 2hours to deliver, mind you they are only located 10 min away from my work place. Got the food, an everything was cold... 40 dollars to have my employees hear their food up? Not impressed at all. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!
My pizza took a hour and half to come. driver forgot my dipping sauce and pop. went back to get it. and forgot the dipping sauce again. oh and the pizza was cold
