Wel I ordered an hour ago and still haven't received my food? Tracker tool says it's been in perfection check for a half hour how long does it take to check pasta and cheesy bread though? Wonder if I'll even get my food before I leave for work? Guess we shall see.....

Last night I placed an order at 12:34, waited an hour, decided to call the store to make sure they got my order. The kid politely told me that all he could tell me was they were backed up and it was on its way. 2 hours later I still have no pizza so I turned my lights off and went to bed because I had to be up relatively early today. Ordered a pizza online today at 1:03. Called at 2:08 to see where it was I was told it was on the way. At 3:30 still no pizza. I tried calling several times to see where it was no one would answer the phone. At 3:40 I told my teen age daughter I had to go pick her dad up and to not answer the door if anyone came to it. If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered TWO SUBS, were told 45 minutes. Not 45 minutes to an hour, just 45 minutes. After it had been over an hour we called just to get attitude from the person on the phone, that "when we say 45 minutes we mean at LEAST 45 minutes, but it could mean an hour." Fifteen minutes AFTER calling, the food comes, not hot, sandwiches falling apart and burnt chunks falling off of them everywhere.
