my son and his family had pizza from the one on 33rd and 44 and found two pubic hairs on they're pizza im trying to talk them into getting a lawyer.
ordered my food payed with card never got it Soo called they took it to a diff address so I called they made me a new order when it got here it was all wrong missing a order of wings it was cold well she went back took her a hour to bring my other wings after asking for a refund all they would do is give me 2 free pizzas after waiting over 2 hours for are food
the lady with the white smart car is lazy. she makes us walk off our front porch then makes us take our own food out of the bag then gives us a ripped bag with our soda in it so she dropped it without saying anything. dominos should be embarrassed and that lady needs to be fired
Yesterday I ordered a pizza from mobile app. So pizza be ready for quick pk up otw home after work. I received confirmation number. Go in to get pizza, employee says no one by that name. No order. Goes to next customer behind me. I find confirmation #s on phone, once again step up to counter as patiently wait while she's on phone,Again. Afterwards, show her the #s I received after I ordered. Dominos app told me it would take 25-35 mins. It took an hour. When I called to check, the guy just said “sorry, we’re really busy.” When I got my food, it was cold and chewy like it had been under a warmer for an hour and they did not bring my 2 sauces that I paid extra for. When I asked the driver, he said “it wasn’t on my sheet, sorry” and walked out the door. I work very close to a dominos and I will never order from here again.
The most unprofessional disrespectful sorry crew I've ever seen in my life. Jamal and Garrett should be terminated for their disgraceful and foul mouthed insubordination of customer service. I will NEVER refer or use this Dominos again. Guaranteed!! Corporate has been contacted. Rosey general manager will be contacted tmro. Been a customer for 15 yrs. If this is how you run a business then I want no part of it.
I'm so disappointed right now. I am a twice a week repeat customer and Sunday I ordered pizza for my crew for my birthday, and the order was wrong. My husband tired to call and they were busy and was told to call back. He's called for three days to get this taking care of and finally today reached the manger , the guy was rude and asked if we still had the product it's been three days.
