I ordered the Pizza on the App at 9:38PM by 9:42 it was "going in the oven" By 9:50 it was in "quality check"................... I called the store at 10:21 to ask if everything was ok. The Driver (Julien) answered the phone and said that he was way behind and he was the only driver. The App said it left the store at 10:19 but the car did not move on the map until about 10:40. I ordered 8 pizzas and they told me they would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick them up 30 minutes later and the guy says sorry boss, getting ready to put them in in 5 minutes. What kind of employee talks like that. I told them to cancel the order.

I’m extremely disappointed with my order experience tonight. I placed my order at 8:08 PM and received an automated call at 8:17 PM stating that my order had left the store for delivery. By 9:01 PM, after waiting much longer than expected and living less than 3 miles from the store, I called to check on the status. The employee who answered informed me that the driver had actually left my food at the store because he had too many deliveries and had only just left again with my order. I've waited for my medium pizza for two hours that I ordered literally was lied too the people on the phone was extremely rude had no explanation nothing talked real bad to me super unprofessional
