Worst doctors office ever front desk is never willing to help always rude
The most rude, unprofessional and uncaring staff I have EVER seen. Will never go back!!!!
I had intake with Laurie Grant she was very rude it triggered me. She said she could not help me because I had 9 hospitalizations within a year and half. I left and the next day a certified letter came in that my son signed for with the envelope showing that it was from Dominion Pyschiatric. I did not want my family to know about my mental health. Is this a violation of the HIPPA laws?
Beyond rude. The receptionists could give 2 fucks, and the one with the eyebrows.. good god girl, stop that mess. Buncha douche bags.
I have been a patient for 15 years and was less then 15 minutes late for an appointment (I am over an hour away) and they wouldn't work with me. They told me to go to the ER. l don't think they would bat an eye if you dropped dead in the parking lot. Very irresponsible when dealing with mental health issues!!!!
