My little boy and I were play fighting at home and my glasses got kicked off of my face. I thought for sure they were toast. The lense popped out and they seemed crooked. I came in today and had awesome service from Katherine. She had them fixed in no time. I’m so glad she was able to help and I didn’t have to purchase a new pair. I’ve been going here a few years now and have always been pleased with the service.
Wonderful visit from the front desk to Dr. Ossen. No wait and everything was explained. I would definitely recommend Dr Ossen.
The staff is friendly and aware of what is going on and what needs to be done to get you in and out. Dr Olsen is very personable and loves his job and it shows.
I have been a patient for years and I love the staff and Dr O is great. Answers any questions you have and explains things well
Everyone is very professional and kind. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. I have been going to Dr. Ossen for many years.
