I am not pleased with DominionEye because they do not return calls.....I have called 4days straight but yet to hear from them. I wanted Dr. Parikh to do my cataract surgery sooner than I had expected due to a unexpected circumstance. Wanted to ask them about this before scheduling but no response . I can only think this is because I am not going with the most expensive lens. The expensive lens would not work with my eyes. Very disappointed in this business! Will share this experience with the 2 individuals that rec... read more

BAD!! Dr Busch retired and turned me over to this very unorganized group. They almost immediately changed my annual exam date because they had "a conflict", so it was moved a few weeks. Just before the date of that appointment they had to move it again because it was th Dr's "surgery" day. I live almost two hours away so I have to set aside the whole day. I called today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and was told that the Dr could not see me because it was her "surgery" day. I will not give this outfit another ... read more

My experience with Dominion Eye has been a night mare. I was told that I did NOT need my GPs nor my cardiologists clearance. This was on March 29. Surgery was schedule for April 7. The real problem came when I called the office starting on April 5 and called every day to find out about the clearances did I need them or not. They have one number. No one called me back UNTIL i CALLED MY INSURANCE Co. Tried ... read more

The physician is wonderful!!! He put my mom at ease and she will go back to have her 2nd cataract done. The staff is not so great. And I will be sure to let the physician know and practice manager when she returns from vacation. On day of my mom's surgery, staff was unable to get good eye measurements. They took my mom into another room and tells her they are putting eye drops in to numb her. They then proceed to stick something in her eye without even explaining. She was so upset/nervous her bp went up to 170/90. Procedur... read more
