RecommendedI'm writing this review at an interesting time: as I try to break my second lease at Sage on Jackson to move into a 1BR elsewhere. Their leases are hard to get out of (no buyout option), but despite the difficulties, I've been so pleased with how the staff is trying to help me make my situation work. I feel like they look at me as a person, not just a tenant. They're probably one of the best landlord companies I've had in years. It's a great apartment, they're very responsive with maintenance, and I've been happy living here... read more

RecommendedLove living at Sage on Prospect. Very dog friendly place with great neighbors. The apartment is very spacious and layed out well. The kitchen is great for cooking. We don't' miss utility bills. The maintenance and support is very accommodating. We are not going anywhere.

RecommendedAll of the staff are so professional and friendly. All of the maintenance guys that are frequently in my building for some renovations going on are so friendly and go above and beyond to open doors for you and resolve any issues you have promptly. Very nice people.
