Dr C and his staff are the BEST EVER! I had an appointment with another doctor for a possible procedure and Dr C called me after hours that day to see how the appointment went and how I was! Way beyond the call of duty! I really feel cared for! Dr C is also an exceptional listener, appreciates my concerns, and offers a variety of well thought out possible solutions to every issue I’ve presented him with! He and his staff ( Kylie and Martha)are ROCK STARS! You are in EXCELLENT hands with Dr C and his staff!!!

Dr. Chrzan’s annual exams focus on wellness goals and current health profile - standard testing, treatment for small things are easily done in office. The service and follow -up communication helps me achieve my health and wellness goals as an older female navigating my senior years! He sat and looked at me and listened to my concerns. He was open to more holistic approaches. I did not feel rushed. His Nurse Practitioner was also excellent. I was sad to leave the office as I moved out of the area.
