I am very impressed with my recent visit. Dr. Chrzan spent a great deal of time reviewing my medical history and investigating my current concerns. I appreciate that his focus is on preventative care and functionality. He is knowledgeable and he shares information about his findings in depth which is helpful to me.
Dr. Chrzan is caring, kind, competent and a very nice person. He provides advice and health guidance and solutions in a wholistic approach in my opinion. I totally trust him with all my health needs.
Dr is the best. He is kind, knowledgeable, and devotes as much time as needed for explanations and asking questions.
Excellent care from the minute I checked in. The entire team at Dr. Dominic Chrzan is friendly and efficient. I have been on Dr. Chrzan care for almost 10 years. He is just an amazing person and excellent Doctor.
He takes the time to explain test results, and reasons for medications. The visits are never rushed. If necessary, he will consult with other physicians about health concerns. His office staff is pleasant and efficient.
Dr C and his staff are the BEST EVER! I had an appointment with another doctor for a possible procedure and Dr C called me after hours that day to see how the appointment went and how I was! Way beyond the call of duty! I really feel cared for! Dr C is also an exceptional listener, appreciates my concerns, and offers a variety of well thought out possible solutions to every issue I’ve presented him with! He and his staff ( Kylie and Martha)are ROCK STARS! You are in EXCELLENT hands with Dr C and his staff!!!

Friendly atmosphere, competent and helpful staff. Dr. Chrzan’s annual exams focus on wellness goals and current health profile - standard testing, treatment for small things are easily done in office. The service and follow -up communication helps me achieve my health and wellness goals as an older female navigating my senior years! You’ll never find a group of medical professionals that can exceed your expectations as Dr. Chrzan’s does on a daily basis!
