Physical was not very thorough. Dr. Ordered genetic screening. I asked the office staff what the expense would be. They said insurance covers it. Turns out insurance covers part of it. When I questioned the balance they said I would have had to call to find out. I also got a flu shot that cost $67! The market price on flu shots is $0. Why are they charging so much? I should’ve asked more questions. That sounds my fault. Lesson learned. Also, $67 for a flu shot!!!!

Dr. Chrzan is an amazing doctor who truly knows how to listen. I feel complete confidence in him. He is knowledgeable, understanding, patient and supportive. His staff is highly professional and also very friendly. I hope he'll be my doctor for life.

The doctor is great but the staff is incredibly rude and tough to deal with. Not all but enough of them. They depend so much on automation that they don't accept or recognize human error or accountability. Yes, I understand nobody who I spoke with left notes of our many conversations in the computer but that doesn't mean I didn't have those conversations. I believe you did that but the insurance company is saying otherwise.How can we work together instead of pointing fingers.

Dr. Chrzan takes the time to gather a very complete medical history and your info on a variety of aspects of your health. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and really looking to help his patients live a better quality of healthy life. I can't speak highly enough about him!

I do not think it's the Doctors fault however they are unprofessional and rude. To much automation and not enough human interaction! I got a call in San Diego last week to go for a blood test I live in Florida coral springs. I told them it was impossible so we rescheduled for today 10:45 am. At 11:05 I ask them could you please update me on when I will be in for my blood test. We can't were busy! Ok there are plenty other GP's.

Dr is a nice guy. However after a sleep apnea test I requested 4 different times for the Dr to call me to discuss. Over the course of 2 months never received a call. Office policy is you must make an appointment to discuss. I can't keep taking time off work. And I would have hoped that after 4 times, the Dr would have at least called and said something...but obviously I as a patient am not important to him. I will be going elsewhere.

Dr. Chrzan took time to listen to my concerns and tested me carefully. He ordered many tests that traditionally other doctors ignored. He took take care of many existing issues that I had no idea about. At my follow up appointment he explained in detail the results of my tests and gave good direction of what changes I should make. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Chrzan really takes time to listen to you. As a heavier patient who has been dismissed by othe medical professionals Dr. Chrzan is like a breath of fresh air. I recommended him to all my coworkers and they love him as well. Plus office hours after work is awesome and allows you to save your paid time of for fun things.
