I went in to visit a friend that was supposed to be in ICU I asked for directions from the emergency room entrance security guard and was given vague directions. I was then told by the main entrance security guard my friend checked out and recommended that I call him. it turns out he passed away! thanks for all your (sarcastic) help

RecommendedMy Dad came in for surgery today. I sat in a large waiting room with other people doing the very same thing. We were a collection of scared and concerned families waiting to hear. I saw people come and go, the nurses and doctors, Sister Judy,Susane the Chaplin and so many other I can’t write them all down. I never worried that they “forgot” us out there because we were kept informed. I wasn’t bothered about how out admission went because Mary was wonderful. Our nurses were very kind and attentive. Husband went in for a routine knee replacement on 8/20 that was nothing routine about it but we cannot say enough how wonderful the entire staff was! Super friendly, smiling, eye contact; like "I see you" which so helps when you are stressed out. If you need medical care; go there!

Nothing dignified about Dignity Health Dominican Hospital. Over-worked nurses who ignore you when you have questions about your loved one. Always busy. Always dirty. Bring back the nuns!
The doctors are awesome And the skill set of nurses Is outstanding highly recommended ... thank you
There is a very, very rude male triage nurse in the ER. He definitely lacks the compassion it takes to deal with people in scary medical situations.
