I am a current patient at Dominican Hospital. I have been here 4 days (admitted Thursday, Sep 10th) and have 3 days remaining before discharge (projected date Sep 17th). I acknowledge that the medical staff is under a great deal of strain due to the pandemic but common bedside manor would be greatly appreciated. During my stay I have had to repeatedly request a shower and my sheets to be changed. RecommendedThe ICU nurses and staff at Dominican Hospital Santa Cruz have been a true blessing to our family! In the midst of a pandemic, the ICU made our family (local and distant-I'm writing this from Florida) feel comfortable and confident in the care my Uncle was receiving. COVID-19 stole the ability for my family to visit the ICU but there wasn't a day in the duration that we didn't feel the nurses were advocating for my uncle as if he were their own family. I NEVER written a review ever this is my very first time. I went to this hospital after blacking out at a concert. I had an IV inserted ever since this day my arm has been messed up. At all cost PLEASE avoid coming here 🥺

Had a MrI done ✅ good service !!
had to wait 6 hours for son to be seen then when we get to the back the nurse says oh you look better so you ready to go home, he was dehydrated from throwing up all morning
