I have been coming to Ms. Bianca for years, and she is the best! Always friendly and really professional, she loves and cares about what she does! 10/10 would recommend!
I took my Daughter to get a blow out and she also received a trim. My Daughter is highly upset and hates her trim. She was in tears all night because she is so disappointed with her service. Her hair looks chopped up and uneven and now there is nothing we can do unfortunately. Unfortunately, we will not be going back for services!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I rarely leave reviews, but I have zero tolerance for dishonesty, especially from people running a business this irresponsibly. Do not come here if you value your natural, healthy hair. I have blow-dried my hair before and have never experienced anything like this, so I know the damage occurred here.
