My appointment was good from start to end. My appointment was on time so didn't sit in the exam room extra long just waiting. Dr. Van Nielen was very thorough and explained the x-rays in terms I could understand. I did not feel like I was rushed and didn't feel like my questions were a bother.
Couldn't ask for a better surgeon!
