I’ve used several tree service providers on our property surrounded by a forest. After 20 years of growth closing in around the house we needed some careful pruning to bring in more light. Dominant was great! The person that did the quote as well as the team that trimmed our 4-story cedar were super kind, informative, and efficient. They even cleaned up some brush that was there before they came and left our backyard in perfect condition.
Andy was very helpful in guiding myself and my neighbors on recommendations for tree work. He went above and beyond, stopping by twice for the estimate when my neighbors wanted to add on 2 additional tree removals. On day of service, Doug and team were professional and did a great job. The job was tough as the team had to get onto a 3 story townhome with a steep roof pitch. I would highly recommend Dominant and will use Dominant Tree Service for any future work.
Andy my estimator had some thoughtful comments about the different trees on the property. The team that came out was efficient and also thoughtful. The crew lead gave me some tips about the likely longer term future of a couple tricky trees on the property. They are respectful of permit rules, I have one tree with many trunks that they trimmed as much as they could but suggested I'll need to revisit it this summer when it's more clear how much is dead and make sure it's finished off within permit rules. Dominant Tree Service exceeded every expectation. Andy, the estimator, was outstanding - thoughtful, thorough, and provided a fair, transparent quote upfront. The crew was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. They protected my front windows with plywood during cutting, placed all the rounds out the way, and carefully moved my pathway lights to prevent damage.
