Message from Domestic Abuse Shelter, Inc. Domestic Abuse Shelter (DAS) is the only certified domestic violence center in Monroe County, since 1983, serving all of the Florida Keys. The mission of DAS is to provide safety, accountability and justice for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault through comprehensive services and community education. All services are accessed free of charge to all participants through the 24 hour crisis line.
