I was super excited when I first made the appointment. I had been referred from a friend. I was treated so nicely on the phone when invited for an appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very coldly from the front desk lady (older blonde). The actual doctor is okay, although they made sure to send me away with a bunch of services i didnt really need, including a type of filler for the erosion on the front and sides of my teeth. Great dentist and staff. My children have been going there since they were little and they have never had any problems or fears. I would recommend them to everyone.

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Definitely yes Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
