Ran out of space so using my second account. There was mold from the ac leaking water into the walls. They used a dehumidifier and painted over the base boards. The problem is back and the water is leaking into the walls again. The house smells like mold for over a week now. I have lived here for 2 years and I can honestly say that this complex is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Property management is always quick to answer any questions and I’ve never experienced a faster maintenance team. If you put in a work order they are there the next morning! The property is always well maintained too. If I wasn’t planning on moving out of state I definitely would be resigning! The only downside is the gym. I went to look for information about the rents and since I don't speak much English, the manager started treating me with attitude and thanks to a girl who speaks Spanish, she helped me. You have to be more empathetic and less racist, especially when you are a black woman, you have to represent your people well.
