I moved into an apartment here on March 1st and I’ve had a great experience. All the office ladies have been very nice and helpful with any of my needs. Things have had to have maintenance since moving in, but the maintenance team has been on top of it! Lovely place to live. Very calm and peaceful!

I’ve been living in a 1-bedroom apartment for almost a year and overall it’s been a good experience. The space is very comfortable for me. There have had no major issues and any problems I did have were quickly addressed. Having assigned covered parking was ideal and reasonably priced. The pools, gym and pickle ball courts were nice and used often.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review about an apartment complex, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. I’ve lived here for nearly six months and always paid rent on time. Last month, I set up autopay through the Bilt app, assuming everything was set, but it failed without notifying me after a week later. I paid immediately after finding out, but was still charged a $200 late fee. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Our apartment was full of mold. Tests were done to confirm and absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issue. We lived with our two small children who suffered from respiratory issues which landed my 8 year old in the PICU for 5 days. They did not allow us to break our lease causing us to live in mold. Worst apartment complex ever. The office people lack knowledge and sympathy.
