I found Dr. Domagalski dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen. Even when I didn't actively have issues she always asked about BCP and why I don't want to get on it when I've explained before that I don't like how it makes me feel and also I have migraine, it was the same conversation every time and she always acted like it would solve all my problems while dismissing my experience of feeling AWFUL on it different kinds of BCP for the 8 years I was on it when I was younger. I love Dr Lisa Domagalski! I've been goin to her for years now and she is kind, patient and takes more time with you if you need it. She doesn't rush you out. I recommend her if you are looking for an all around nice caring Doctor!
Dr. Domagalski is an amazing, wonderful and caring physician. I would recommend her with 5 stars. However, the appointments people are THE PITS. They get zero stars! The scheduling is awful. They cancel appointments quite often and when you go to reschedule it's MONTHS before you can be seen. If I didn't really, really like Dr. D so much and feel so comfortable with her I would go elsewhere because of this issue.
The communication in this office has been terrible since day one. The doctor herself, Lisa D., is an amazing doctor. But the office staff couldn’t care less about you. Make sure you right down your appointments, because if you call to make an emergency appointment they’ll tell you it’s about a months wait and then instead on calling to remind you (since the appointment was made over the phone so there was no card) they’ll just send you a lovely $50.00 bill in the mail with no phone call at all.
