Dolphin Party Rentals is terrific! Always have great service from them for my personal parties but they were off-the-charts fantastic helping my charitable organization with our gala rental needs. Not only did they make multiple site visits but they made a CAD diagram of our floor plan which was extremely helpful for our seating charts. Dolphin's delivery crew was eagerly helpful during set-up and was prompt, and very quick & efficient on pick-up day. Dolphin Party Rentals My favorite thing about this company is that you can see right away what they have available and how it will look - All on the website. They must have figured out that the better the website is, the more business they will get. I was so impressed with the detailed images of their inventory that I decided right then and there to use their rentals for my wedding. PROS: WEBSITE CONS: None!!

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Horrible! Never in my entire life have I been treated more rudely. This company was proactively discourteous! I will never do business here again!!!! PROS: none CONS: rude staff; old, tired store, inconvenient locaiton & loading facility
Fabulous service ! I was extremely satisfied with the staff that assisted me. While at their counter at least 3 staff members asked if I needed assistance,where do you see that service these days! I felt like I was in the Ritz Carlton .Their showroom was beautiful and they displayed trend setting ideas on the tables.Linen selection was incredible, and they have a huge selection of specialty linens.
