Fabulous service ! I was extremely satisfied with the staff that assisted me. While at their counter at least 3 staff members asked if I needed assistance,where do you see that service these days! I felt like I was in the Ritz Carlton .Their showroom was beautiful and they displayed trend setting ideas on the tables.Linen selection was incredible, and they have a huge selection of specialty linens. Dolphin Party Rentals My favorite thing about this company is that you can see right away what they have available and how it will look - All on the website. They must have figured out that the better the website is, the more business they will get. I was so impressed with the detailed images of their inventory that I decided right then and there to use their rentals for my wedding. PROS: WEBSITE CONS: None!!

Abysmal Customer Service The worst customer service experience of my life. We rented something from them once, and needed it for an event early on Saturday morning. I was stuck in traffic on a Friday afternoon and desperately trying to get to the store on time before they closed. I called and told them I was only a few minutes away, and asked if they could hold the door until I got there. The clerk on the phone was very dismissive. Dolphin Party Rentals is terrific! Always have great service from them for my personal parties but they were off-the-charts fantastic helping my charitable organization with our gala rental needs. Not only did they make multiple site visits but they made a CAD diagram of our floor plan which was extremely helpful for our seating charts. Dolphin's delivery crew was eagerly helpful during set-up and was prompt, and very quick & efficient on pick-up day. Dolphin rental has everything you need for a party, wedding or any other large gathering you are having at your home. In addition to tables and chairs you can rent table linen's, glassware, etc. They drop off and pick up if you want to pay for it. They are slow on the pick up - its a noon to five type of deal.
Unprofessional Service Asked for estimate for tent rental prior to X-mas party. Representative came to measure & promised estimate by Fax later in the day. By next day, nothing was received. I called back and got the runaround. Basically, they tried every excuse in the book to NOT do the job. Instead of telling me in the 1st place that they didn't want to do it, they wasted my time.
