very reliable for table and chair rentals
Dolphin Party Rentals is awsome!! Looove this place. I am getting married locally and had to order a large tent for the wedding. the Sales person responded quickly to my request and came out the next morning to do measurements for the canopy. I even got a diagram shortly thereafter showing where my tables and dance floor were going to be. The staff is always professional when I came in to the store to order my tableware and linens, even letting me play around with how the designs would all look together on a special table. Worst Customer Service Ever!! Horrible! Never in my entire life have I been treated more rudely. This company was proactively discourteous! I will never do business here again!!!!
Dolphin rental has everything you need for a party, wedding or any other large gathering you are having at your home. In addition to tables and chairs you can rent table linen's, glassware, etc. They drop off and pick up if you want to pay for it. They are slow on the pick up - its a noon to five type of deal.
Unprofessional Service Asked for estimate for tent rental prior to X-mas party. Representative came to measure & promised estimate by Fax later in the day. By next day, nothing was received. I called back and got the runaround. Basically, they tried every excuse in the book to NOT do the job. Instead of telling me in the 1st place that they didn't want to do it, they wasted my time.
Abysmal Customer Service The worst customer service experience of my life. We rented something from them once, and needed it for an event early on Saturday morning. I was stuck in traffic on a Friday afternoon and desperately trying to get to the store on time before they closed. I called and told them I was only a few minutes away, and asked if they could hold the door until I got there. The clerk on the phone was very dismissive.
