Maintenance for the Monte Carlo is amazing. When I have anything that needs to be repaired Osmin, Alejandro or Ray are on top of it. They deserve more than 5 stars!
The maintenance team here is great. Ray does a fantastic job as the manager I had a clogged bathtub drain recently and Osmin came to address the issue. Osmin is wonderful. He's fantastic at what he does and is very polite and enjoyable to work with. Additionally, he leaves the area cleaner than when he started the repair. I'm very happy to have Osmin here to repair any issues I have and to see during the week and catch up with, he's a great guy
I have lived here for many years and I have to say that Osmin , the maintenance person, has always repaired any problem or issue whether it be plumbing or electrical quickly, effortlessly and has been so kind and considerate. Thank you Osmin for all of your great hard work! You are wonderful!
I live at the Monte Carlo Apartments and I want to commend the staff here. Nicole Johnson who runs the leasing office has been very kind and welcoming. Nicole makes an effort to get to know the people here and she is quick to respond to any issues that come up. Also the maintenance crew here, Ray is always friendly and takes care of whatever comes up quickly, he also follows up which is very rare. We’ve lived in St Tropez for a year and just renewed. It’s such an amazing place to live. Great location at the end of a cul de sac right on the marina & a 10 minute stroll to Venice beach. The facilities include a well equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna and pool room leading on to a large terrace overlooking the marina.
