Had a really great experience touring the Riviera Apartments. Nicole was especially wonderful, super helpful, attentive, and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. I ended up going with another place, but the units here are very spacious, staff are friendly and the location is hard to beat. If you don’t mind a slightly older building (St Tropez) and appliances, it’s definitely worth considering.
We’re lifers at the St Tropez and have been residents through several management changes for almost two decades. I’ll admit that when Greystar came on board, I was skeptical. We had a rent increase that honestly made me cry, and we seriously considered moving. But the truth is, Greystar has made a positive impact on a building that was beginning to deteriorate. I’ve lived here going on six years and the previous Management had let the building go to crap. This year new management came in and everyone was worried. Eddie, the community manager is tough but fair . Raymundo the maintenance manager for the building has done wonders!!! We never had a Christmas display in the lobby before . I was shocked at how nice it is now . They even did decor on all the entry glass windows. It’s really pretty. Nicole was probably one of the main reasons I chose this place over other locations I toured. Professionalism, friendly, informative and always welcoming. Great location and very well kept.
