Amazing staff and property! Nicole is so amazing and helpful. The area is great and there is a really good sense of community. The resident events that Nicole hosts have been really great and it’s been a great way to meet our neighbors!
Overall I am happy with the current Rivera Collection property management and maintenance teams. Eddie and Nicole in the management office are great. They have all been accessible, responsive and considerate. I have enjoyed living here for several years now. Some of the maintenance staff have been here a long time and know the property and residents well. That is a plus.
I have had the pleasure of living in The Monte Carlo Apts. since June 2024. It is very quiet and the residents are all very nice. The management team is great. A shout out to Nicole who is there to answer all questions with a smile as well as organize events. Ray the maintenance supervisor is also very helpful. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and professionally by Osmin. The only negative is that the cloths dryers are not always working properly but that is managed by a the vendor Wash Connect.
