I ordered a cooler for a Volvo loader, and paid over $400 for the FedEx 2nd Day shipping option. The cooler wasn't shipped until 4 days after I ordered it.(ordered Thursday, shipped Monday) The cooler was shipped LTL with R&L Carriers, and I received it a full week after ordering. I sent multiple emails seeking a shipping refund, with no response.
