Was running ads for a UV sterilizer in AC units for Covid-19. When confronted with this they falsely said that their ad wasn't for Covid-19 while the ad state it at the time. A nice report to the BBB hopefully makes them think again next time. I have the ad saved and their response to it to send to them.
Do NOT use this company. They installed my HVAC system and I have had nothing but problems with little resolution. I sold the condo and the new owner told me that the units HVAC roof top unit was tied in electrically to a different unit so when their breaker was turned off the AC in our condo would not work. My question is, how do you install a unit and not notice this is the case? Also other problems with the system and was given invalid excuses. We did work with the property management company regarding the issue you stated above and explained our findings and provided pictures. It is our understanding that the property management company went back to the electrical subcontractor as the high voltage wiring into the disconnect from the panel was not run to the appropriate locations and we could not make this change as we are not licensed electricians.
