The rooms and facilities are of a 2 star hotel, good location, great pool food good but service abysmal . However, the staff have a could not care attitude and every enquiry was treated as a nusence.
Brenda obviously needs to be fired! What a nasty person!
Currently checked in. Deplorable, unacceptable, pathetic customer service from Brenda at front desk (states she's the MOD) tonight. Refused to give me general managers name and contact info but ill find it myself. PM for details if interested. Have stayed at numerous resorts here in St Pete as we live in Tampa. Go to The Sirata or The Tradewinds Resort instead. Customer service matters to those resorts and it shows!!!r
I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff. The restaurant is the worst service and food I've experienced in a long tim.
One of my favorite hotels on st.pete beach! Very up to date, clean and friendly!
Worst stay ever. Mold, dirty room, and when we went to the desk to complain there were no notes on the account that maintenance had been to the room 4 times to "fix things"...and they refused to move us to another room. Never, never ,never stay here!!!! Yuck! No stars...no stars at all!

We walked in and Nancy helped us the first night and informed us of everything and got us in our room quick and with no problems at all!!! The next morning we decided to stay and even upgrade and Doreen and Gloria had us in the new room within 5 minutes ....awesome pool, awesome atmosphere, awesome staff...thank you all we will definitely stay here next July on our family vacation! !!
