I was very satisfied with the job quality. Bryan knew what he was doing.
It was a good experience, I thought it was a bit expensive for fixing two light switches, maybe I am not up to date on electrical costs.
Excellent service knowledgeable electrician
I called to report a problem with my electrical circuits. The Dollens electrician went out of his way to troubleshoot my issue over the phone and had me do several tests. In the end, based on the trouble symptoms, he recommended a PG&E service call instead of their service. I did, and the PG&E repair person quickly found and corrected the issue, at no charge. I was amazed by the integrity and helpfulness of the Dollens staff.
A little more expensive than I thought for 2 hours work.
I thought it was a little expensive for the time it took. Maybe Time and Materials would have been better than Fixed price.
Fast and courteous service would hire again.

Jason gave me advice over the phone to try to save me the service call. I still needed help so he came the very next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and found the problem quickly. Since I am handicapped and cannot get on ladders, I asked if he would change a couple ceiling lights for me which he did willingly. He also noticed an outlet that wasn't properly screwed into the wall and fixed that for me. The price was very reasonable and I would call him again if I had an electrical problem.
