Friendly approach - asked good questions to understand issue. Fixed problem despite my being disorganized! Very pleased with the service.
Good, quick troubleshooting and repair. I got an immediate call from the Dollens office after describing my needs through Home Advisor, got a text when Mr, Jason was en route, and he arrived in his anticipated time window. After a bit of looking he could tell how my house wiring was laid out, knew that it was my GCFI outlet that was causing my problem, knew what today's code called for to replace it, and installed the replacement quickly. My electricity is back in action and I'm happy!
