I am giving this storage place a five because of the Assistant Manger Bobbi. She was fantastic on my first visit asking for information on their units. She was integral in getting me to rent the unit I'm in, right then & there. Bobbi is exceptional at customer service. This location should be quite happy that she is the Asst Mgr. and below is why. I have used self storage three times during my moves that I've made from home to home and it is always a delight with all of the people that are in the office as well as the storage unit. I do not have any complaints about it and would definitely use it again.

Staff has been very kind and helpful, my mom rented the unit and I had to take it over after she passed away and when money became tight the staff worked with me. Site was always clean and maintained and no issues every accessing the unit

My experience here was fine and service was adequate. What started as an affordable rate of $74 quickly increased to $108 over my time renting here. My only real complaint is that once there was “a smell they couldn’t identify the source of” and I received a call while I was out of state that I’d have to come open my unit as part of their inspection and wouldn’t really take my circumstances as an answer so I had to ask someone if they would go on my behalf.
