Great energy from staff in office! Loved our unit size and the facility but definitely overpriced! If I was only rating the staff I would give five stars, that's where this facility is winning at!
Overall, great experience! Customer service was good. I had to open my first unit, and Emberly made the process less difficult.
Bobby was such a great help ! She was the only one working and did everything on her end to make sure I was taken care of. She has excellent customer service and very professional and patient! I definitely recommend if you need a storage to go directly with her as she will be the best to help you!
Bobbi is amazing over the phone and in person. How could you not rent from her.
Looked around and also visited 2 other competitors in the area. Bobbi was definitely the nicest person that greeted me and this business was also the cleanest. They were very reasonably priced so I went with Dollar Self Storage 👍
