Bobby was so helpful and friendly. She is very efficient! Great location and price.
A year ago prices were great. Went from paying $97 to $145 in just over a year. Customer service depends on who attends you. The older of the two ladies at the front desk is a sweetheart and very helpful. Younger of the two ladies is horrible! I came in to explain my situation, my sister list the key to my unit, started to say I was going to get a lock smith to open my lock, and the younger lady immediately began to yell and speak in a very demeaning tone! Dollar self storage Is great. They always listen to you and try to help out the costumers
I was only a tenant for a few months and it was a smooth process from the pricing questions to the move in then the move out as far as customer service. I highly recommend if you need storage without all the extra hassle.
