Long waiting time in the counter, but I guess it was because I went at noon to pick up the car. My car was in very nice clean condition and odorless (different as previous rental with dollar in other locations and time). The staff very nice and helpful.
Good price, good customer service and very good experience overall

The car was great , service great , but I got charged 10 dlls a day for tolls and they said it was mandatory . I think hou should put that note when reserving a car , never heard of that. When I went to pick up my car there was none , and I had to wait , never was offered a larger car and no wait . You can imprive that . Very upset with the toll charges .
