Last two times there was an hour to a two hour wait to get my car after the paper work was finished. They said I was waiting for it to be washed. Said the same thing last time. Asked if I could have my car without it being washed and they said no. Wow, 9:30pm stuck waiting in the this crazy hot garage
Nice experience with agent. Very helpfull and nuce dispisition.
Fast service
Once at counter with the Dollars agent the service was very cordial and expeditiously. The person receiving the vehicle also was quick in clearing one. Only downside was I checked the vehicle in a dark spot where I was unable to notice stains over door panels and coffe grounds on the flat storage shelf above glove compartment.
Renting the car took an hour

I had a great experience. Car was waiting for me when I arrived.
I love Dollar and especially Dollar express.
